Huh. Damndest thing…
… For reasons beyond my immediate understanding this made me think if I’ve ever seen, played, watched anything where the female character is the charming roguish secondary that eventually evolves in depth to reveal said exterior was covering up shortcomings left behind in youth.
That doesn’t mean they don’t exist, it’s just a thought that crossed my mind that I can’t immediately recall one.
I suppose the issue of character trait distribution as sorted into gender roles interest me some. But then in my head I just pictured character traits as chips for a giant game of MALE-FEMALE plinko. That should give you some window into my thinking process.
Down to brass tacks, don’t think any particular traits are specifically male or female, but there seems to be an increased chances of some in certain genders either due to societal norms, subconscious assignment or other factors I don’t know anything about.
